En el modelo de propiedad fraccional, compras un porcentaje de una propiedad de vacaciones. Eres un propietario legal y puedes utilizar la propiedad durante un cierto número de días cada año, de por vida. También puedes heredarla, venderla o donarla en cualquier momento.
Las semanas se asignan cada año en septiembre, los co-propietarios pueden elegir cualquier bloque del año para usar la copropiedad, para seleccionar tus días es necesario haber hecho el pago de mantenimiento.
